The Regional Municipality of Durham conducted an internal employee census to help understand the diversity of their workforce. This allowed them to improve programs, policies and practices that support an inclusive organization.

Goal
The brief was to create a visual identity for the census which included a logo, colour scheme, typography and visual elements. I then designed the marketing material that included a poster, postcard and digital screens. The goal was to ensure the visuals were simple, friendly and welcoming.
