Overview
The Association of Ontario Midwives is the professional organization representing registered and Aboriginal midwives and the practice of midwifery in Ontario. Midwives are experts in normal pregnancy, birth and newborn care. Funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, midwifery services are free. Midwifery clients can give birth at a hospital or at home and receive safe, skilled care.
Goal
The strong typography, consistent colour palette, impactful photography (provided by various photographers) and messaging all clearly communicates the brand’s essence: midwives provide excellent, free and safe care.
What I Provided
Summer Newsletter
I provided a redesigned industry newsletter template for the AOM which was to be sent out to members on a quarterly basis. There were 4 templates created for summer, fall, winter and spring issues – each with a unique colour palette and flexible layout. The templates allowed my client to import their content for their newsletters on their end.
